If your child misses a scheduled class, we will provide an opportunity to reschedule the missed class within the same monthly subscription period. The missed class must be completed within that month and cannot be carried forward to the following month.

Parents may request a refund before 30% of the enrolled course has been completed. Once 30% or more of the course has been completed, the enrollment becomes non-refundable. Refunds will be processed according to IGNYTO's applicable refund terms.

At the end of the monthly subscription period, parents can renew the subscription to continue their child's classes. Any missed classes from the previous month must be completed within that same subscription month and cannot be carried forward.

Yes, parents can request to pause their child's subscription by contacting the IGNYTO team. The pause will be subject to availability and the applicable subscription terms. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm the revised schedule.
